Hey Travel Lover. Do you consider yourself to be stiff or flexible? Do you have a regular or random exercise routine? Have you considered the wonderful world of yoga? 20th May 2021 is a landmark date that remains vivid in my memory as a major turning point. Early that beautiful Thursday morning I had been thinking aloud while driving to work. Why am I so stiff? How can I combat this unease in my body? God when 😪? Barely two hours after I had those thoughts, my friend, Jennifer, sent me a flyer with the life transforming sentence "this might interest you".
I’m seriously considering Yoga. I’ll need to look for a group to meets near me. I’m also open to recommendations for virtual Yoga instructors and groups😁
I’ll do Yoga if I can get virtual instructors cause I want to practice alone before joining a team. I am not flexible ooooooo
